How it works.
Most home projects are split between a designer and a contractor. At Sixteen on Center, design and construction are one team from start to finish—guiding your project from the initial idea through the final detail.
Why Sixteen on Center
One Team, Start to Finish
The people designing your project and the people building it work together from day one.
20 Years in the Region
Over twenty years serving East Bay Rhode Island and Southcoast Massachusetts. We’ve established strong ties to local teams and know the towns, the processes, and the language of the local community.
Design Through Build
Construction through the lens of a designer. Our knowledge of construction methods paired with our design sensibilities means solutions are thought through before they’re built—allowing us to adjust and react effectively, and deliver results that are genuinely suited to each client’s needs.
